At this event in Paris, SenseTime’s AI smart basketball products will accompany the whole journey of the Chinese national basketball team, providing sports data analysis and competitive strategy optimization support. As the AI strategic partner of the Chinese national basketball team, SenseTime has developed the sports performance analysis platform for the team. By constructing a 3D model of the venue and a 3D motion capture algorithm, the movement status of each athlete and the movement trajectory of the basketball are analyzed in real time, helping to improve the training efficiency of athletes and providing scientific basis for competitive strategies.
In addition, SenseTime's smart event broadcasting technology will be used to broadcast the whole events of table tennis and archery, providing the audience with an immersive viewing experience. Based on the InnoMotion event broadcast solution jointly developed by SenseTime and SMT, SenseTime's 3D non-perceptive motion capture technology can be used to achieve multi-person, large-scale, multi-angle and multi-scene coverage without wearable devices at all, and obtain real-time spatial motion attitude information. It realizes the accurate capture and real-time analysis of high-speed small targets such as table tennis and arrows. As the event approaches, whether it is the landing point, speed and turning of table tennis, or the flight trajectory of arrows, it will be presented to the audience in front of the screen through AR. Previously, this technology has been applied to the World Table Tennis (WTT) Major League and Archery World Cup.
