From July 22nd to 24th, Rong Zhiqin, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization and First-level Inspector, led a team to Beijing to visit a number of central enterprise groups, including China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd., State Power Investment Corporation Limited, Aluminum Corporation of China Limited, State Development and Investment Corporation, and China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group, and visited the Equipment Department and Radio Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, National Radio Monitoring Center and its affiliated testing centers.
In communicating with central enterprises, Mr. Rong listened carefully to the strategic cooperation between each group and Shanghai in recent years, and responded to the demands of enterprises in the process of development in Shanghai one by one. He pointed out that central enterprises have made important contributions to Shanghai's economic and social development, and the leaders of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and Shanghai Municipal People’s Government attach great importance to the development of central enterprises in Shanghai. He stated that Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, as the leading department of industrial development and enterprise services, will always pay attention to the development demands of central enterprises, study and solve them as soon as possible with the greatest intensity and efficiency, continuously improve the accuracy and satisfaction of services, and strive to create a better environment for enterprise development. It is hoped that all central enterprises will increase their investments in Shanghai, give full play to the group's own strength and advantages, participate in the construction of Shanghai's "five centers", help Shanghai serve to build a new development pattern, deeply participate in the construction of Shanghai's modern industrial system, and form an all-round, multi-field and deeper strategic cooperation with Shanghai.
