To cultivate new highlights of information consumption, 2024 Shanghai Information Consumption Festival officially launched.

 On the morning of May 17th, the opening ceremony of 2024 Shanghai Information Consumption Festival was held in Huangpu District. Ge Dongbo, Chief Engineer of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, and Wu Lijian, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Huangpu District People's Congress attended the event and delivered speeches. Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, Shanghai Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau, Shanghai Municipal Health Commission, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government Office in Shanghai, Hong Kong Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Shanghai Information Service Industry Association, online new economy enterprises and other units jointly participated.

 

The opening ceremony held a demonstration of promoting the digital intelligence of industrial enterprises in Shanghai. Meituan, Xiaohongshu, Dewu and other enterprises participated in the release ceremony of the "Digital Quality" New Power Empowerment Action. It also released the second batch of supply and demand docking results of major application scenarios of the metaverse. The global launch ceremony of the "The BOXX Century Plaza Digital Art Co-creation Platform" was revealed, and the strategic cooperation launching ceremony of the "Overseas Warehouse" plan was jointly built and shared. 2023 Shanghai Software and Information Service Industry Bases and 2024 Shanghai New Information Consumption Demonstration Projects were awarded. In addition, a wonderful preview of a series of follow-up activities was announced at the opening ceremony.
