On May 7th, Shanghai held the 9th Enlarged Meeting of the Joint Conference of Service Enterprises in Shanghai and the Promotion Meeting of "Service Package" Work for Key Enterprises to summarize the implementation of enterprise services and "Service Package" work for key enterprises in Shanghai in the early stage, and to deploy the key work in the next stage. Chen Jie, Vice Mayor of Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Zhang Ying, Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, presided over the meeting. Rong Zhiqin, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, First-level Inspector and Director of the Office of the Joint Conference of Service Enterprises in Shanghai, briefed on the progress of enterprise services and "Service Package".
Mr. Chen pointed out that we should enhance the sense of responsibility and urgency to do a good job in enterprise services and comprehensively promote the upgrading of enterprise services. It is essential to improve the quality and ability of service stewards more comprehensively, respond to and solve the demands of enterprises more efficiently, and make full use of digital means to enable the special window platform. It is necessary to do fine granularity and strengthen accuracy. In terms of policy making, we should decentralize power and break through bottlenecks, strengthen execution and improve convenience in policy implementation, and strengthen collection and collation in policy publicity.
At the meeting, Mr. Chen launched the service package of “One Stop Portal” for key enterprises, including financial services, investment promotion, human resources, innovation incubation, digital transformation and other exclusive feature packages and service steward work guidelines.
Since the implementation of the "Service Package" system for key enterprises, all units of the city have taken prompt action. Leaders at the municipal, district, street and town (park) levels have issued "Service Packages" to 34,000 key enterprises, and institutional mechanisms such as "one enterprise, one housekeeper" and "one enterprise, one service package" have been implemented. Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization takes the lead in accepting and resolving 7,393 enterprise appeals in conjunction with various districts and departments, with 4,449 service stewards across the city, and promote the formation of integrated enterprise services in Shanghai. The construction of version 2.0 of the special window platform, “One Stop Portal”, has been launched, a steward workbench has been built to realize the functions of steward login, appeal, visit record and information submission, and a leadership cockpit has been established, which dynamically updates the appeal situation of key enterprises, service stewards and enterprises on the mobile terminal.
