On the morning of January 10th, the Commendation Meeting for Outstanding Business Leaders in Shanghai was grandly held in Shanghai International Conference Center. Chen Jie, Vice Mayor of Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, attended the event and delivered a speech. Cheng Peng, Secretary of CPC Shanghai Municipal Working Committee of Economy and Informatization, and Zhang Ying, Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization , attended the meeting and presented awards to the award-winners. The meeting was chaired by Rong Zhiqin, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization .
Mr. Chen pointed out that the business leaders should grasp the development opportunities and space, strengthen their confidence in development, actively integrate into the national development strategy, continuously improve the competitiveness and internationalization level of enterprises, and contribute to the construction of Shanghai's "five centers" and a socialist modern international metropolis with world influence. It is necessary to play the role of market players as pioneers in scientific and technological innovation, and focus on "(2 +2) + (3 +6) + (4 +5)” in accordance with the strategic deployment of new industrialization construction
Mr. Chen emphasized that Shanghai will implement the "service package" system for key enterprises, strengthen the protection of land, data, energy, talents, scenarios and capital, further improve the service mechanism of all districts and departments, enhance the penetration of policies and services, and ensure business leaders to seek development, innovation and breakthrough without distraction.
