On the afternoon of July 18^th, Shanghai Municipal Government Information Office held the 7^th press conference of the series of "Building a First-class Business Environment and Serving a New Development Pattern", with the theme of "Promoting the High-quality Development of Productive Internet Service Platform". Zhu Min, Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commerce Commission, introduced "Several Opinions on Promoting the High-quality Development of Productive Internet Service Platform in Shanghai". Liu Min, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commerce Commission, Wei Lu, Chief Economist of Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Ge Dongbo, Chief Engineer of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, and Tao Changsheng, Chief Economist of Shanghai Municipal Local Financial Supervision Bureau attended the press conference and answered questions from reporters.

Mr. Ge answered questions about the follow-up implementation of relevant policies. The next step will be to focus on four aspects: First, promote the Internet industry platform cluster to "become bigger and stronger": the Commission will work with Shanghai Municipal Commerce Commission and Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission, and focus on promoting the construction of six types of platforms. Second, improve the factor guarantee needed for the development of the platform, including talent support and direct connection between tax and enterprise. Third, strengthen the service ability of the platform to the industrial chain. And fourth, create an integrated and cooperative industrial ecology.

Mr. Ge also answered the questions about new technology integration and application of productive Internet service platform. The next step will be to continue to exert strength from the following three points: First, focus on the modern industrial system and create various platforms for new technology empowerment. Second, focus on the characteristics of the platform and build a number of new technology application scenarios. And third, focus on technological innovation and actively cultivate the enterprise theme of providing technical support such as large models for the platform.
