Mr. Tang said in his speech that the emerging energy industry is an important pole in Shanghai's "2 + (3 +6) + (4 +5)" new industrial system. Shanghai has gradually introduced and cultivated a number of enterprises with advantages in photovoltaic, energy storage and hydrogen energy, and successfully promoted Tesla Energy Storage Super Factory to land in Shanghai. Shanghai, as the leading unit of the demonstration and application of fuel cell vehicles in the urban agglomeration, has promoted more than 2,300 fuel cell vehicles with a mileage of 8.35 million kilometers. Shanghai puts forward three "persistences" for the high-quality development of emerging energy industry. First, it insists on intellectual creation and empowerment, and promotes the integration of light and storage. Relying on the pilot plan of smart factories, we will promote the digital transformation of energy equipment enterprises, deepen the smart energy track integrating photovoltaic, energy storage, charging and replacing, hydrogen energy + intelligent manufacturing, study the "Shanghai Plan", promote the construction of 3-5 smart factories above L3 level in the field of optical hydrogen storage, and enhance the ability of new energy consumption and comprehensive utilization. Second, adhere to innovation drive and promote application demonstration and guidance. Relying on industrial polymers, we will promote the research and development of key components and materials in the optical energy storage hydrogen industry and reduce costs and increase efficiency of demonstration application projects, promote the long-term localization rate of the industrial chain to over 90%, and realize supply chain security. Third, adhere to ecological security and form close linkage. Strengthen industrial chain interoperability and international cooperation, encourage all parties to jointly form an industrial chain ecological consortium, and form a vivid development situation of complementary advantages and mutual promotion; Strengthen the integration of industry and finance, encourage and guide financial institutions to support industrial development; Strengthen personnel training, support the integration of production and education among leading enterprises, universities and research institutes, and export high-tech talents.
The International Solar Photovoltaic and Smart Energy (Shanghai) Conference and Exhibition is the largest photovoltaic exhibition in the world. The exhibition covers an area of 270,000 square meters, with 250,000 professional visitors and 3,100 exhibitors. Nearly 30 sub-forums were held at the same time, which created a global exchange platform for grasping the future trend of the global emerging energy industry.
