Environment and Investment Promotion in 2023. Wu Jincheng, Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, attended the Conference and delivered a speech. Liu Jian, Secretary of CPC Jinshan District Committee, Li Zelong, District Head and other leaders attended the event. At the Conference, Jinshan District deployed Version 6.0 of the Action Plan for Optimizing the Business Environment in 2023, entered a strategic cooperation agreement with the National Technology Innovation Center of the Yangtze River Delta, and signed 23 industrial projects with a total investment of RMB12.4 billion. In addition, Jinshan Investment Promotion Office also signed cooperation agreements with Shanghai Municipal Investment Promotion Service Center and Shanghai Municipal Foreign Investment Promotion Center, and some financial institutions in Shanghai released initial financial innovation products such as supplier finance.
In his speech, Mr. Wu put forward three suggestions on the next steps of industrial economic development and investment promotion at Jinshan District. First, focus on building a modern industrial system and enhancing industrial innovation capability. Deepen the implementation of the North-South transformation and development strategy, take industrial transformation as an important traction, continue to promote breakthroughs in key core technologies, and accelerate the cultivation and expansion of new kinetic energy for transformation and development. Second, promote investment around steady growth and enhance the driving force for high-quality economic development. Actively use China International Import Expo, Industry Fair and other major platforms to carry out targeted investment promotion, actively plan to carry out overseas investment promotion, and make every effort to accelerate investment promotion. And third, focus on the "five integrations" of industrial development, and enhance the ability to allocate resource elements. Closely follow the needs of enterprises, strengthen policy integration, and create a first-class industrial innovation ecosystem by accelerating the whole chain, innovating the whole process, building the whole industrial chain, ensuring all factors and serving the whole process.
