On July 6th, the 3rd China (Shanghai) Industrial Products Online Trading Festival in 2022 was unveiled at Shanghai International Conference Center. Zhang Wei, Member of the Standing Committee of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and Deputy Mayor of Shanghai Municipal Government, announced the opening of the event, and Zhuang Mudi, Deputy Secretary-general of Shanghai Municipal Government, delivered an opening speech via video. Qian Feng, Vice Chairman of Shanghai CPPCC and Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Wu Jincheng, Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, Zheng Huiqiang, President of Shanghai Modern Service Industry Federation, and other leaders attended the opening ceremony.
Mr. Zhuang pointed out that Shanghai will continue to push forward the digital transformation of the industry and help accelerate the economic recovery and revitalization. First, it is important to concentrate on industrial upgrading and fully release the huge potential of industrial consumption. Second, it is critical to concentrate on digital empowerment to consolidate and smooth the industrial chain and supply chain. And third, it is also essential to gather together for win-win cooperation and build a mutually beneficial industrial ecosystem.
At the opening ceremony, the Industrial E-commerce Innovation List 2022 was released, the first Obei Cup Industrial Products Supply Chain Data Intelligent Innovation Competition was launched, and the Digital Supply Chain Industry Alliance unveiled the activity of "Stabilizing Economy and Shaping Ecological Service Season".
The 3rd China (Shanghai) Industrial Products Online Trading Festival in 2022 will be held from July 6th to August 31st. The theme of this year’s Trading Festival is "Integrating the Digital Reality, Stabilizing the Interconnection of Large-scale Industries and Promoting Development", closely following the actual needs of enterprise production under the normalized epidemic prevention and control, empowering small and medium-sized enterprises, benefiting enterprise credit services of banks, stimulating market vitality, and exploring new industrial tracks. Through the multi-level and multi-scenario enterprise digital service system, the industrial chain will be empowered in all directions, the digital ecosystem will be reconstructed, and the digital coordinated development of manufacturing supply chain will be promoted.
At present, Shanghai is taking more solid and powerful measures to accelerate economic recovery and revitalization. The holding of the Trade Festival will further release consumption potential, boost production confidence and continuously drive Shanghai’s digital transformation.
