Around intelligent terminals such as new energy and intelligent networked cars, the state, Shanghai, Jiading, Pudong and Lingang New Areas have issued a series of preferential subsidy policies. For example, Shanghai has added 40,000 car licenses this year, and the winning rate of individual consumers will be greatly increased. Consumers who trade in old cars and buy pure electric vehicles will be subsidized by RMB10,000 per vehicle, while the blue license quota of previous fuel vehicles can be kept under the name of new electrical cars. Jiading District subsidizes RMB10,000 for the purchase of a new car priced below RMB150,000 and RMB20,000 for any new car above RMB150,000. Pudong and Lingang are also formulating corresponding support policies. Furthermore, the application for license is accelerated through "One-stop Access", and the license can be obtained within 7 business days at the earliest.
