The 7th Enlarged Meeting of Shanghai Service Enterprise Joint Conference was held, which mobilized and deployed the resumption of production of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises

On June 9^th, the 7^th Enlarged Meeting of Shanghai Service Enterprise Joint Conference and the Mobilization and Deployment Meeting of Special Actions to Promote the Resumption of Work and Production of Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Publicize and Implement the Policy of Helping Enterprises to Bail out were held by video conference. Zhang Wei, Vice Mayor of Shanghai Municipal Government, attended the meeting and pointed out that it is necessary to thoroughly implement the spirit of the National Conference on Stabilizing the Economic Market, accelerate Shanghai’s economic recovery and revitalization, and do our utmost to relieve the difficulties of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and promote the stable and healthy development of enterprises.

Based on the principle of "step by step and chain promotion", Shanghai has driven enterprises to resume work and production in batches and in a planned way. Five batches of 9,198 key enterprises to ensure operation and more than 1,200 parts suppliers supporting enterprises upstream and downstream of SAIC and Tesla resumed work, of which more than 90% were small and medium-sized enterprises. By June 1^st, 2,522 municipal "specialized and innovative" enterprises resumed work, with a resumption rate of 56.9%, among which 1,938 industrial "specialized and innovative" enterprises resumed work, with a resumption rate of 89.9%. More than 57,000 inquiries on policies and epidemic prevention guidance have been made by Shanghai Yiqifu, a special window for resuming work and production services, and more than 1,670 enterprises' intention to resume work has passed the examination, most of which are small and micro enterprises.

In the next step, Shanghai will carry out special actions to publicize and implement the policy of helping micro, small and medium-sized enterprises to bail out. At the meeting, the Special Action Plan for Publicizing and Implementing the Policy of Helping Enterprises to Relief by Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, the List of Policy of Helping Enterprises to Relief by Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and the schedule of special publicity activities were released. Responsible comrades of member units of Shanghai Service Enterprise Joint Conference, districts and relevant commissions attended the meeting.
