On March 29th, the General Office of Shanghai Municipal Government issued "Several Policies and Measures for Shanghai to Fully Fight the Epidemic and Help Enterprises to Develop", and various commissions, bureaus and districts successively published implementation rules and supporting policies. In order to help small, medium and micro enterprises understand and enjoy the relief and assistance policies in time, Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, in conjunction with various commissions and bureaus, held a special live information session of “Epidemic Fighting and Enterprise Warming” via Shanghai Enterprise Service Cloud Platform.
Considering the short-term financial difficulties faced by small, medium and micro enterprises, "Policy Saloon”, the Epidemic Fighting and Enterprise Warming Series, are planned to hold a special finance session throughout April 15th. The theme of this Finance Session is "Fighting Epidemic and Benefiting Enterprises with Finance", which will invite the leaders of Shanghai Municipal Local Financial Supervision Bureau, Shanghai Municipal Intellectual Property Service Center and Shanghai Municipal Guarantee Fund Management Center to introduce the financial services during the epidemic. It will also invite the heads of inclusive financing departments of seven banks to explain innovative products and services for intellectual property pledge financing, special loans for specialized and new enterprises and SMEs in key industries during the epidemic, in order to meet the needs of enterprises on the spot.
