Late at night on April 6th, the shelter hospital at Lingang was fully delivered and put into use after several days of hard work. Lingang Group, as the property owner and operator, will serve such a large amount of users, so it is the top priority to fully guarantee the experience of patients, improve the efficiency of daily management and reduce the burden of medical staff.

Thanks to the organization and coordination of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, Lingang Group supports and guarantees the services, and Shanghai Unicom integrates systems and collaborates with a number of artificial intelligence enterprises, coordinates various resources, gathers intelligent service robots, and contributes technological wisdom and strength to epidemic prevention and control.

Nearly 300 robots, called "Xiaobai", have been put into use in the shelter hospital at Lingang, covering indoor and outdoor logistics, distribution, disinfection and other just-needed scenarios. For the first time, the large-scale, systematic deployment and practical application of various robots in shelter hospital scenario were realized, and the experience was replicated and extended to the shelter hospitals at the National Convention and Exhibition Center and other places, which achieved practical results in the front line of epidemic prevention.
