On April 5th, Wu Jincheng, Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, went to Qingpu District to express gratitude to the teams from Henan and Shaanxi, who came to Shanghai to build the gas film and shelter hospital laboratories for PCR tests, and also reviewed the construction of the laboratories on the spot. Yang Xiaojing, Head of Qingpu District, participated in the visit.
At the construction site, Mr. Wu learned about the laboratory construction in detail, and expressed his gratitude to the team members from Henan and Shaanxi for their support. The recent rapid improvement of PCR testing capacity in Shanghai is the result of joint efforts of all of us. At present, the state authorities fully support Shanghai, and all provinces and cities mobilize resources to help Shanghai. We should work together with the aid teams from all provinces and cities to ensure resources. Jointly with municipal authorities, districts, central SOEs in Shanghai and other forces, we will make efforts together to facilitate laboratory installation and construction, equipment commissioning and qualification acceptance, and increase testing capacity in the shortest time. It is also important to rely on Shanghai’s resources, strengthen the connection and ensure the living needs of the aid teams coming to Shanghai, while we hope that the aid teams will improve protection and take good care of themselves.
