On the afternoon of May 29th, Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization held a promotion meeting for the resumption of work and production of industrial parks. The meeting conveyed the spirit and work arrangements of relevant meetings, listened to the difficult problems and experiences of various industrial parks in the process of resumption of work and production, and made clear the next work plan. Wu Jincheng, Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, and Tang Wenkan, Vice Chairman, attended the meeting, and relevant industrial parks and district economic commissions attended the meeting online.
Eleven participating parks made exchange speeches on resuming work and production, enterprise needs and policy support. Mr. Wu pointed out that the progress of resuming work and production of industrial enterprises in the parks is obviously faster than the city average. It is necessary to strengthen the guidance and services for the prevention and control of epidemic situation when enterprises resume work and production in the parks, and promote the implementation of various policies to help enterprises to bail out. He stressed that all industrial parks should strengthen overall planning, compact responsibilities and promote various tasks efficiently. First, we should further clarify the management and service functions of the parks. Second, we must do a good job in enterprise services, implement various policies for benefiting enterprises and smooth information channels. Third, we should pay attention to investment to promote development, and make overall plans to resume work and production and attract investment. And fourth, we must adhere to epidemic prevention and control, implement zoning management, and achieve full coverage of place codes and electronic sentinels.
