After listening to the situation, demands and suggestions of participating enterprises on the resumption of work and production of their own enterprises and related industrial chain enterprises, Mr. Zhang pointed out that foreign-funded enterprises are an important force in Shanghai's economic and social development, and play an important role in expanding opening up and promoting international economic exchanges and cooperation. Accelerating the resumption of work and production is of great significance for maintaining the stability of Shanghai's industrial chain and supply chain and consolidating and enhancing the global competitiveness of the industries. It is critical to support enterprises to tide over staged difficulties. Relevant authorities should do a good job in collecting, responding to and solving the difficult demands of enterprises, strengthen coordination and urban linkage, coordinate and deal with the key points, focus and problems encountered by enterprises as soon as possible, accelerate the implementation of the national and municipal policies to help enterprises to bail out, and make timely replies and explanations, so that more enterprises can understand the current progress and arrangements for resuming work and production. It is necessary to continuously improve policies and measures related to epidemic prevention and control and resumption of production, strengthen overall coordination, and speed up the solutions of a number of common problems that restrict the operation of the industrial chain and supply chain, such as the resumption of storage facilities. It is also essential to support more leading enterprises and key supporting enterprises to resume work and production. At the same time, it is also hoped that foreign-funded enterprises in Shanghai will continue to understand and support the epidemic prevention and control and resumption of production in Shanghai, and make concerted efforts to tide over difficulties.

During and after the event, Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization in conjunction with relevant authorities and districts, in view of the relevant demands and problems raised by representatives of participating enterprises, paid close attention to collecting and verifying the situation, in order to decompose and implement responsibilities item by item, and speed up coordination and solution.
