On May 5th, guided by Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization and based on Government Online-Offline Shanghai and Shanghai Enterprise Service Cloud, the official platform of Shanghai Municipal Government serving enterprises, Shanghai Coordination Office for Promoting the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Shanghai SME Development Service Center jointly developed and constructed the Special Service Window for the Resumption of Work and Production of Enterprises in Shanghai (“Shanghai Yiqifu”), which helps all districts and enterprises to promote the resumption of work and production efficiently and conveniently.
Guided by the actual needs of enterprises, the platform offers a number of functions, including policy inquiry, epidemic prevention guidance, self-examination of resumption of work, intention of resumption of work, feedback summary, supply and demand matchmaking and appeal coordination, in order to help enterprises timely understand the real-time and relevant policies of resumption of work and production at the national, municipal and district levels and decompose key guiding conditions. It supports enterprises to upload applications for resumption of work on the basis of passing the self-examination and verification of resumption, grasps the acceptance and review of the enterprise's intention to resume work in real time, builds a docking channel between supply and demand, implements the epidemic prevention measures for resuming work and production, and ensures the stability of the supply chain of key industries. The platform will rely on the mechanism of Shanghai Joint Meeting of Enterprise Services to accept, coordinate and solve the demands of enterprises.
