Mr. Zhang pointed out that large factories are the mainstay of protecting industrial economy, urban operation, national economy and people's livelihood, and play an important role in the global industrial supply chain. Authorities at all levels should further enhance their ideological understanding, strengthen scientific prevention and control, highlight the main responsibility, and establish a sensitive epidemic discovery mechanism, an internal management process reengineering mechanism and an efficient response mechanism for sudden outbreaks.
