On January 10th, according to Shanghai's requirements of "promoting development and ensuring safety" on visits and investigation and the work arrangement of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, Zhang Ying, Vice Chairman of the Commission, led a team to Sinopharm Holdings to conduct a visit and investigation to understand the digital transformation of the company, and engaged in exchanges and discussions with the company's senior management and their teams, while responding to its needs and demands.

Ms. Zhang listened to Sinopharm Holdings’"14th Five-Year Plan" for digital transformation and introduced the overall situation of Shanghai's urban digital transformation. She pointed out that it is necessary to promote cross-domain integration, focus on key links such as drug traceability and cold chain distribution, drive the integration of trade circulation and manufacturing chain, and realize the overall digital improvement of the pharmaceutical industry. It is essential to strengthen the guidance of standards, take the construction and promotion of secondary nodes of pharmaceutical industry logo analysis as a cut-in, and facilitate the formation of a number of digital transformations at "Shanghai Standards". It is also critical to integrate into the development ecology, learn from the typical successful experiences of other industries, gather a group of industry experts, and actively participate in and make good use of major events and publicity and display platforms such as the World Artificial Intelligence Conference.

Responsible comrades of the Organization Department (United Front Department)of CPC Shanghai Municipal Working Committee of Economy and Informatization, the Informatization Promotion Department ((Big Data Development Department)of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, and the Software and Information Service Department participated in the investigation.
