On the afternoon of December 14th, the 6th Plenary Meeting of Shanghai Service Enterprises Joint Conference was held by means of video conferencing. Wu Qing, Member of the Standing Committee of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor of Shanghai Municipal Government, and Zhang Wei, Vice Mayor of Shanghai Municipal Government, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Chen Mingbo, Deputy Secretary-General of Shanghai Municipal Government presided over the event. Wu Jincheng, Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, reported the work of Shanghai’s service enterprises in 2021 and the key tasks in 2022.
At the meeting, the Environmental Assessment Report on the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in 2021 was released, which awarded the National Youth Civilization Groups and the winners of SME Service Commissioner Skills Competition2021 and presented the award certificates to the Excellent SME Service Commissioners in 2021. Rong Zhiqin, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, signed strategic cooperation agreements with seven financial institutions including China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications, CITIC, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Haitong, Guotai Junan and Orient Securities on behalf of the Commission.
Members of Shanghai Service Enterprises Joint Conference, responsible comrades of Shanghai Municipal Finance Office, Shanghai People's Congress Financial and Economic Committee, Shanghai CPPCC Economic Committee, Shanghai High Court and Shanghai Procuratorate, and representatives of some key enterprises attended the meeting. Representatives of service commissioners from 16 districts and SMEs were also present at the parallel venues. Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, Shanghai Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, Shangmi Technology and Refire Technology made exchange speeches at the meeting.
