On the morning of December 10th, Minhang District held the Theme Forum of Urban Digital Transformation Week and China Data Intelligence Conference(DIC2021) focusing on “Digital Wisdom for All-round Renovation”, which was attended by Zhang Ying, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, Song Yanhui, Member of the Party Group of Minhang District Government, and Chu Junhao, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Ms. Zhang affirmed Minhang District's efforts to promote digital transformation. She pointed out that first of all, we should take the lead in practicing the new model of "platform + park", build a multi-party cooperation mechanism, and accelerate the digital transformation of SMEs. Second, we should take the lead in realizing the closed loop of "business + technology" scenarios, drive the digital transformation and industry management of various authorities, and facilitate the construction of public platforms serving the whole industry. And third, we should take the lead in exploring the scenario construction path of "cross-integration and push" and empower the construction of cross-authority scenario chain from the perspective of users.
At the forum, Minhang District People's Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement on digital transformation with three major carriers and awarded the first batch of digital transformation service providers at Minhang District. Representatives from research institutions, universities, enterprises and trade associations made keynote speeches.
