On November 1st, the practical activity of "I do practical things for the masses"-the opening ceremony of 2021 Intelligent Manufacturing Planner/Consultant Training Program and the inauguration ceremony of the Intelligent Manufacturing Talent Training Base of Shanghai I&C Foreign Languages School were held. The event was jointly organized by CPC Shanghai Municipal Working Committee of Economy and Informatization, Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization,Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai I&C Foreign Languages School and other authorities. Li Hong, Head of the Fourth Tour Steering Group for Party History Learning and Education of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, Shen Jun, Party Secretary of CPC Shanghai Municipal Working Committee of Economy and Informatization, Zhu Xinyuan, Vice President of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Feng Mei, President of Shanghai I&C Foreign Languages School, and Xi Juntong, General Manager of Shanghai Intelligent Manufacturing R&D and Commercialization Functional Platform, attended the ceremonies. More than 90 participants, including leaders from relevant municipal authorities and schools, experts and student representatives, were present.
During the event, Ms. Shen and relevant leaders jointly awarded the first training base for high-skilledintelligent manufacturing talents in Shanghai’s secondary vocational schools and the first training base for logistics intelligent factories in Shanghai. They also witnessed the signing of the first strategic cooperation agreement between intelligent manufacturing R&D and design talents and skilled craftsmen and issuedappointment certificates to relevant intelligent manufacturing experts from universities, research institutes and industry leaders.
