On the morning of October 18th, CPC Shanghai Municipal Working Committee of Economy and Informatization held the mobilization meeting for reception work of central SOEs of the fourth China International Import Expo. Rong Zhiqin, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, attended and delivered a mobilization speech. Leaders of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, Shanghai Municipal Cooperation and Exchange Office, Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau and Shanghai Municipal Center for Disease Control & Prevention introduced the progress of preparations for the Expo, reception arrangements for guests, certificate management as well as epidemic prevention and control requirements. Leaders in charge of 97 central SOEs' reception units in Shanghai attended the meeting.
Mr. Rong pointed out that the spillover effect of the Expo and the improvement of the service level of SOEs have played an important role in the integrated development of central and local governments. This year, the relocation of China Shipbuilding Group Headquarters to Shanghai and the establishment of China Electrical Equipment Group in Shanghai are inseparable from the publicity of Shanghai's image and the display of Shanghai's good business environment, as well as the attention paid by the reception units of central enterprises in Shanghai to the service guarantee of central enterprises. It is important to further do a good job in the reception of leaders of central SOEs and trading groups to ensure that the reception work of domestic guests is carried out in an orderly manner. First, it is necessary to hold the bottom line of epidemic prevention and control. Implement the deployment requirements in strict accordance with the standards and manuals. Second, it is wise to fully enter the "war ready state" as soon as possible. Do a good job in organizational support, personnel support and resource support to show the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of Shanghai. And third, it is necessary to pay close attention to the key links. In terms of basic service guarantee such as "reception, travelling, accommodation, food and transportation", opening ceremony, main forum and sub forum and other important activities, it is a must to grasp the key, detail and reality, so as to ensure that the fourth China International Import Expo will be a safe, wonderful and fruitful international event.
