And third, it is advisable to promote the transformation of achievements. Guided by "Zhangjiang R&D" + “Made in Shanghai", relying on the "1 + 5 + X" industrial spatial layout carrier, vigorously support innovative R&D and product application, encourage the inclusion of basic research into industrial support policies, and support the classification and optimization of innovative drugs, innovative medical devices and other high-tech and high value-added products.
