The founding conference of China Electric Equipment Group Co., Ltd was held in Shanghai on September 25th.
Li Qiang, Secretary of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, and Hao Peng, Party Secretary of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, jointly unveiled the brand for the Company. The two leaders also attended the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between Shanghai Municipal People's Government and China Electric Equipment Group. Hao Peng, and Gong Zheng, Deputy Secretary of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, made speeches on the conference.
At the subsequent signing ceremony, Wu Qing, Member of the Standing Committee of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and Vice Mayor of Shanghai Municipal Government, and Zhou Qun, General Manager of China Electrical Equipment Group, signedthe strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties. According to the agreement, the two parties will give full play to the advantages of China Electric Equipment Group in strategic industries such as electrical equipment and advanced energy storage, clean energy power generation and grid connection, offshore wind power and so on. The two sides will also promote the innovative development resources to gather in Shanghai, work together to build a world-class advanced manufacturing cluster, help Shanghai accelerate the construction of a socialist modern international metropolis with world influence, and help China achieve the goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutralization".
Jing'an District Government and China Electric Equipment Group also signed a related cooperation agreement.
