On the afternoon of July 14th, "Digital Science and Technology Innovation and Digital Painting in Baoshan - Baoshan District Urban Digital Transformation Promotion Conference" was held at China Baowu Iron and Steel Expo Center. Wu Jincheng, Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, and Chen Jie, Secretary of CPC Baoshan District Committee, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Gao Yiyi, Deputy Secretary of CPC Baoshan District Committee and District Governor, was also present.
Mr. Wu pointed out that all authorities and districts in Shanghai are making every effort to promote the digital transformation of the city in accordance with the work arrangements of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and Shanghai Municipal Government. Baoshan District attaches great importance to it, and the district party secretary and district governor serve as the double leaders of the leading group, and formulate and issue a three-year action plan. It is hoped that Baoshan District will continue to do deep and practical work in three aspects in the next stage of promotion. First, clarify our thinking, profoundly study and understand the work requirements of "overall transformation, all-round empowerment and revolutionary reshaping" put forward by CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, and deepen the work promotion plan according to the top-level design plan of the whole city. Second, as the core bearing area of the main position of Shanghai’s science and technology innovation center, focus on the mutual integration and organic whole among the three major fields of economy, life and governance, and build a "dual-core five-circle" demonstration ecosystem. And third, highlight the strengths, give full play to its advantages in the fields of industrial internet and consumer internet, make Shanghai’s featured industrial parks better and stronger, explore and build an integrated chain of production, education and research with two-way linkage of "scientific and technological innovation + industrial transformation", and actively contribute Baoshan’s wisdom, experience and model to accelerate the construction of Shanghai as an international digital capital with world influence.
