In order to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the birth of the Communist Party of China and commemorate the 102nd anniversary of the May Fourth Movement, on the afternoon of May 7th, the launching ceremony of "Paying Tribute to the Original Intention and Blooming Youth - Shanghai Jingxin Youth Red Search" was held. Shen Jun, P Secretary of CPC Shanghai Municipal Working Committee of Economy and Informatization, Ding Bo, Deputy Secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee of Shanghai, Lei Yu, Deputy Secretary of CPC Committee and Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Telecom, Li Shuang, Deputy Secretary of CPC Committee and Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Unicom, Qi Zhaozhen, Chairman and General Manager of China Arts and Crafts Shanghai Company, and Li Qingchuan, Secretary of CPC Committee and President of Youth Newspaper attended the launching ceremony.
Leaders attending the launching ceremony presented flags to the search teams. Shanghai Telecom Youth, as the Youth Ambassador of the search route, promoted the Red Radio Waves (Communication Route) on the spot. Representatives of the youth commandos of Shanghai Mobile and Shanghai Unicom issued a youth initiative of "I do practical things for the masses – Free upgrade to 100M broadband for needy families".
