On May 7th, the 2021 Joint Working Conference of the National Data Exchange Center was held in Shanghai. Representatives of data exchanges from 16 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, including Beijing, Tianjin, Inner Mongolia, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Shandong, Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Chongqing, Sichuan and Shenzhen, gathered in Shanghai to discuss the development trend, challenges, key link solutions and coordination mechanism of data exchange. Chen Mingbo, Deputy Secretary General of Shanghai Municipal Government, attended the conference and delivered a speech. Zhang Ying, Deputy Chairmen of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, was also present.
At the conference, big data experts from various fields of production, education and research delivered keynote speeches, introducing research findings and industry experiences in new data exchange modes, pricing, policies and regulations as well as data asset pricing and data exchange technologies, and putting forward opinions and advices for the construction of data factor market.
Representatives of data exchanges from all over the world introduced the progress of data exchange system construction, shared the problems and challenges faced in the development process, and discussed relevant solutions together.
