She said that first, it is important to be responsible, perform duties, shoulder responsibilities, and do best to create a good atmosphere for the vigorous development of industry and information technology by focusing on the construction of major projects and relying on the construction of five new towns. Second, the retired comrades have devoted a lot of efforts to the development of industry and information technology and laid a good foundation. We are confident to push the work of industry and information technology to a new level. And third, there must be actions, because it calls for 10% deployment and 90% implementation. According to the deployment and requirements of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, it is necessary to transform the grand blueprint of the 14th five-year plan into concrete construction drawings step by step, promote the high-quality development of economy and informatization in Shanghai with high-quality Party building, and celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party with practical actions and outstanding achievements.
