Shanghai Municipal Government and Horizon Group signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Shanghai

     On February 20th, Shanghai Municipal Government and Horizon Group signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Shanghai. Wu Qing, Member of the Standing Committee of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, and Yu Kai, Founder and CEO of Horizon Group, attended the signing ceremony. Chen Mingbo, Deputy Secretary General of Shanghai Municipal Government, and Tao Feiwen, Co-founder and COO of Horizon Group, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties. Relevant leaders were present, including Wu Jincheng, Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, Qiang Zhigang, Deputy Head of Jiading District, Wu Xiaohua, Deputy Director of Lingang New District Management Committee, and Zu Sijie, Vice President of SAIC. Zhang Ying, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, presided over the ceremony.

     

      Horizon Group is an innovative enterprise engaged in the research and development of artificial intelligence chips in the world, focusing on the R&D and commercialization of automobile intelligent chips, and has leading advantages in the field of intelligent chips and algorithms. Shanghai Municipal Government will carry out strategic cooperation with Horizon Group to build global R&D headquarters of vehicle AI chips and intelligent vehicle central computing platform, carry out ecological construction of AI chips, continue to give full play to the advantages of combination of software and hardware, and promote the breakthrough of underlying core technologies of artificial intelligence and the construction of underlying computing platform.
