On February 20th, Shanghai Municipal Government and Horizon Group signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Shanghai. Shanghai Municipal Government will carry out strategic cooperation with Horizon Group to build global R&D headquarters of vehicle AI chips and intelligent vehicle central computing platform, carry out ecological construction of AI chips, continue to give full play to the advantages of combination of software and hardware, and promote the breakthrough of underlying core technologies of artificial intelligence and the construction of underlying computing platform.
