On the morning of February 7th, main leaders of CPC Shanghai Municipal Working Committee of Economy and Informatization held a change announcement meeting. Wu Qing, Member of the Standing Committee of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and Vice Mayor of Shanghai Municipal Government, was present and made a speech. Zheng Jianlin, Executive Deputy Director of the Organization Department of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, presided over the meeting.
At the meeting, Mr. Zheng read out the decisions on the appointment and removal of relevant cadres of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee. Shen Jun was appointed Secretary of CPC Shanghai Municipal Working Committee of Economy and Informatization. Lu Xiaochun was removed from the post of Secretary of CPC Shanghai Municipal Working Committee of Economy and Informatization. Lu Xiaochun, Shen Jun and Wu Jincheng made speeches respectively.
Chen Mingbo, Secretary General of Shanghai Municipal Government, and relevant comrades of Economic Cadre Office of the Organization Department of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee were present. Members of the leading group of CPC Shanghai Municipal Working Committee of Economy and Informatization and Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, Associate Counsels and heads of departments, as well as main leaders of directly subordinate (centralized) units and central units in Shanghai attended the meeting.
