On January 12th, 2021Conference on the theme of "Industrial Internet Innovation and Development Promote Economic Digital Transformation" was successfully held. Liu Liehong, Vice Minister of MIIT, made a video speech. Wu Qing, Member of the Standing Committee of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, also made a speech. With the theme of "Digital Empowerment and Rejuvenation", the conference started the digital transformation of Shanghai's economy in 2021, in order to stimulate the potentials of digital economy and revitalize the development of new vitality.
At the meeting, a series of major achievements were released. The national milestone capacity of Industrial Internet Identity Resolution (Shanghai)was released and the number of enterprise identity registration exceeded 2 billion. The construction of the Yangtze River Delta regional integration industrial Internet public service platform was started to help the regional integration and collaborative development. Shanghai Industrial Internet Security Situation Awareness Platform was also launched to further improve the ability of industrial Internet security situation awareness and risk warning.
This conference focused on the latest development achievements of Shanghai in Industrial Internet in 2020.Ten enterprises were selected into the pilot demonstration list of MIIT's manufacturing and Internet integration. The construction of industrial Internet scene (Batch 1) was started. The consortium of industrial Internet promoting digital transformation (Batch 1) was officially established. At the meeting, eight functional institutions and enterprises in Shanghai were unveiled to accelerate the docking of supply and demand, injecting new momentum into the digital transformation of Shanghai's economy.
More than 400 representatives from SOEs, domestic and foreign related industry organizations, research institutions and business leaders attended the meeting. The conference was broadcast simultaneously on the app of Xinhua net.
