On the morning of December 28th, Zhang Jianming, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, visited East China Branch of State Grid and State Grid Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company for research on work for tiding over the winter peak-load.
At the control center of East China Branch of State Grid, Mr. Zhang listened to the introduction of power supply and demand balance in East China during winter peak, visited the front-line staff of regulation and operation, and thanked East China Branch for making every effort to meet the winter peak of East China Power Grid and guarantee the power supply of Shanghai with high quality. He also expressed that he willsupport East China power grid to make every effort to cope with the power consumption in winter.
At State Grid Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company, Mr. Zhang paid a visit to the front-line staff of regulation and operation, and listened to the work report on power supply, demand balance and operation of Shanghai power grid in the peak winter. Mr. Zhang pointed out that it is important for electric power companies to be well prepared for the growth of power load, actively increase power supply capacity, continuously strengthen power safety production, fully promote the key work of meeting the peak in winter, continuously improve the plan for orderly power utilization, and earnestly implement various power emergency preparedness.The city's power industry should strengthen the duty in place, start all kinds of low temperature response plans, and ensure the safe operation of the city with a vigorous state and complete preparation.
