It is the mission and responsibility to do a good job in the Party's work of the association with high quality, and is very important to strictly implement the accountability of comprehensively and strictly administering the Party.
Ms. Ma also stressed that Shanghai Federation of Enterprises has done good work in full and rigorous Party self-governance. However, compared with the higher standard, there are still some shortcomings that need to be improved. For the next step, it is important to make great efforts in three aspects in accordance with the task list of "three accountability systems" issued by CPC Shanghai Municipal Working Committee of Economy and Informatization: First, make great efforts to follow the "one general requirement", implement the general requirements of Party building in the new era, adhere to the principle that the Party should be in charge of the Party and strictly administer the Party in an all-round way, and do a good job in "comprehensiveness", "strictness" and "governance". Second, efforts should be made to promote the "double victory". It is important to do a good job in COVID-19 prevention and serve the high-quality development of the industry. In particular, it is necessary to play an active role in building a new stage of development, practicing new development concepts and building a new development pattern in accordance with the spirit of the fifth Central Committee of the 19th CPC Central Committee and the 10th plenary session of the 11th municipal Party committee. Third, it is advisable to strictly implement the responsibility of the "three accountability systems". What's more, it is a must to know the accountability, fulfill the duties, consolidate the basic foundation, build a strong branch fortress, strictly follow the procedures, and speed up the election of the general branch of the Enterprise Federation, match the strong team, summarize the work of the last term, and put forward the future tasks and goals.
