On the afternoon of November 12th, Shanghai Kunpeng Ecosystem Partner Conference 2020was successfully held. Relevant leaders were present, including Wu Jincheng, Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, Zhang Ying, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, Fang Shizhong, Governor of Xuhui District, and Wang Tao, Managing Director of Huawei.
Mr. Wu pointed out in his speech that a new generation of information technologies, such as artificial intelligence, 5G, big data and cloud computing, are leading a new round of global scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation. Independent innovation of industrial technology is becoming a new driving force for structural reform on the supply side. Under the COVID-19 outbreak of this year, Shanghai should seize the opportunity of booming new business forms, new models and new industries of "online new economy". First, adhere to the guidance of science and technology and independent innovation, and accelerate the "new digital infrastructure". Second, focus on wisdom and enable industries, and optimize new computing services with high performance. And third, adhere to diversified opening and in-depth cooperation to create a new ecosystem across the whole industry chain.
At the conference, the opening ceremony of Shanghai Kunpeng Ecosystem Innovation Center was held, and 33 representative ecosystem partners were awarded certification. The center will build a Kunpeng industrial ecosystem with international competitiveness around the "Kunpeng + Shengteng" technology. Huawei and Xuhui District have signed a strategic cooperation agreement, in which the two sides will carry out cooperation in expanding the development and application of new generation information technology, deepening the construction of new smart city, and improving the level of urban operation and management, so as to create a national leading domestic industrial ecosystem highland.
