"November Live Shopping Month for Shanghai Made Brands" was held

      On the afternoon of November 8th, "November Live Shopping Month for Shanghai Made Brands" was held. Relevant leaders attended the Launching Ceremony, including Zong Ming, Vice Mayor of Shanghai, Shang Yuying, Deputy Secretary General of Shanghai Municipal Government, Wu Jincheng, Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, Ren Huayuan, Director of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, Wang Lan, Governor of Changning District, as well as leaders of local manufacturing enterprises and several well-known e-commerce platforms in Shanghai.

 

     

      At the event, 18 famous local manufacturers released their key branded online activities, including SAIC MOTOR, CloudMinds Robots, Yu Garden jewelry, Brightdairy Dairy, Guan Sheng Yuan, ElsMorr, Shuixing, Manloulan, Mark Fairwhale, Warrior, Hanshan porcelain, Double Coin, A-Zenith, Miracle Dynasty, Jahwa, CHICMAX, MAXAM, and Shanghai Soap. 13 well-known e-commerce platforms, including Buy Together, Jingdong, Ali, Meituan, Suning, Freshippo, Dingdong, ByteDance, Eleme, Tuhu, Mengxiang, Bilbili, and Imdada, released specific measures to facilitate Shanghai manufacturing. At the event site, many local manufacturing enterprises and e-commerce platforms reached cooperation agreements, which further highlighted the win-win effect of cooperation.

      This event was jointly sponsored by Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce and Shanghai SASAC. The event gave full play to the role of "November Live Shopping Month". Several key activities were organized around automobile, personal care, textile, clothing, food, jewelry, furniture and home furnishings, intelligent hardware, medical fitness as well as cultural creativity. The event organized a number of key activities, set up special broadcast and online live channels for "Made in Shanghai" products. At the same time, it closely linked to the "Double 11Shopping Spree", "Double 12Shopping Spree", new year shopping season and other consumer hot spots, which constantly enlarged and continued the activity effect. What's more, four major theme activities, named Shanghai Manufacturing Brand Exhibition, Shanghai Lifestyle Manufacturing, Shanghai Industrial Products Live Trading, and the High-endBrands of Shanghai Made Products, were carried out. These activities strived to promote the deepening of the linkage between Shanghai manufacturing enterprises and e-commerce platforms, promote the expansion of sales of local manufacturing enterprises, and form a long-term mechanism of consumption-driven production.

      Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization actively encouraged manufacturing enterprises to carry out online sales. The Commission has mobilized more than 110 key production enterprises to launch more than 120 online promotion activities, made manuals to be released to the public for publicity and promotion, and assisted production enterprises to cooperate with e-commerce platforms. The Commission will promote Shanghai manufacturing enterprises to upgrade their quality, organize group sales promotion, and renew their brands.
