Led by Huafon Microfibre (Shanghai) Corporation, the industrial Internet innovation and development project of MIIT in 2018, "integrated application of supply chain management identification and analysis in the new material industry of microfiber", successfully passed the expert acceptance jointly organized by Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, Shanghai Communications Administration and Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau on August 14th, 2020, and became the first to complete acceptance among 93 industrial Internet innovation and development projects in China.
Up to now, the new material industry identification analysis application service platform built by the project has served 35 registered enterprises, with more than 28 million marks registered and more than 50,000 daily identification analysis times. Through the application of identification analysis, the workload of viewing quality data is reduced by 30%.The improvement of purchasing and marketing collaboration improves the warehousing efficiency of raw materials by 15%, the production planning cycle by 10%, and reduces the inventory preparation cycle by 1 to 2 day. Through the management and collection of equipment maintenance data, the work efficiency of equipment maintenance is improved by 15%.The number of enterprises trading on the Internet platform of new microfiber has reached more than 700, of which 47 are self-trading enterprises, with an accumulated trading volume of more than RMB7 billion.
Since MIIT organized the implementation of the industrial Internet innovation and development projects in 2018, Shanghai has organized and promoted relevant enterprises to actively participate in the project application. So far, relevant enterprises in Shanghai have undertaken more than 30 industrial Internet innovation and development projects (high-quality development of manufacturing industry) of MIIT, ranking the second in China. At the same time, in order to ensure the normal progress of the projects, the Commission has established a daily supervision and management mechanism for the projects, and the implementation progress of each project is in good condition.
