On August 31th, Xu Jiangang, Deputy Director of the Leading Group Office for the Study and Education of "Four Histories" of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and Executive Vice President of the Party School of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, visited the Commission with his team to check the study and education of "four histories" of the Commission. Lu Xiaochun, Secretary of CPC Shanghai Municipal Working Committee of Economy and Informatization, and Ma Liejian, Deputy Secretary, accompanied the team.
Mr. Xu affirmed the phased achievements of the study and education of the "four histories" of CPC Shanghai Municipal Working Committee of Economy and Informatization and pointed out that the Committee must pay close attention on "four histories". First, it is important to take the initiative to arrange the study and education of "four histories" and carry out the special study of central group before the promotion meeting across the city; Second, the leaders of the Committee should take the lead in the demonstration, promote orderly, and strengthen the targeted classified guidance according to the actual situation of the system units. And third, it is necessary to pay close attention to the study and education of "four histories" in combination with industrial history, and with the prevention and control of COVID-19. Mr. Xu also hoped that the Committee, under the leadership of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, would further implement the long-term mechanism of "remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind", find the historical value and practical significance of breaking through the difficult projects through the study and education of "four history", better tap its own red history and red resources, and play a greater role in the study and education of "four history" in Shanghai.
Mr.Lu introduced the situation of carrying out the study and education of "four histories". He pointed out that since the relevant work was deployed by CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee at the beginning of the year, CPC Shanghai Municipal Working Committee of Economy and Informatization has taken the study and education of "four history" as an important political task, which runs through the whole process of high-quality development of industry and informatization, and runs through all aspects of Party construction in economic and information systems, so as to ensure overall layout, orderly promotion and actual results. First, take the responsibility, actively grasp early planning, clear organizational responsibility, comprehensive deployment and promotion, strengthen classified guidance, and earnestly fulfill the main responsibility of learning and education. Second, stick to the word "reality" throughout the whole process, closely integrate the overall situation of industry and informatization work, firmly implement the tasks of "six stabilities" and "six guarantees", actively stimulate new kinetic energy of industrial development, and promote the specific project of "four history" learning and education. During the visit, Xu Jiangang and his team reviewed the study and education of "four histories" in State Grid Shanghai Electric Power Company Pudong Office and Shanghai Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Development Service center. They also had a discussion and interviewed with Party organization leaders at all levels of relevant units, and commented on the implementation of the study and education of "four history" in each unit.
