On the afternoon of Auctober 19th, WINGTECH 12” power semiconductor wafer fab project was officially signed at Lingang, Shanghai. On the ceremony, Lingang New Area, Lingang Group and WINGTECH signed an investment agreement. Relevant leaders were present at the ceremony, including Chen Yin, Member of the Standing Committee of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor of Shanghai Municipal Government, Zhu Zhisong, Deputy Secretary General of Shanghai Municipal Government and Secretary of CPC Group of Lingang New District Management Committee, Wu Jincheng, Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, Fu Xinhua, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, Qiu Wenjin, Deputy Director of Shanghai Development and Reform Commission, Wu Xiaohua, Deputy Director of Lingang New District Management Committee, Liu Jiaping, Chairman of Lingang Group, and Yuan Guohua, and President of Lingang Group.
It is reported that the total investment of WINGTECH 12” power semiconductor automatic wafer fab project is RMB12 billion, and the annual production capacity is expected to reach 360,000 pieces.
