Mr. Wu pointed out that it is important to base on the current situation, seek far-reaching development, and do a good job in the compilation of the 14th Five-year Plan with high quality. First, highlight the development of industrial differentiation and characteristics. In accordance with the industrial map of Shanghai, relying on leading enterprises and key enterprises, all districts should focus on the development of leading industries and characteristic industries, and further refine the subdivision fields. Second, strengthen urban linkage and jointly tackle key problems. Efforts should be made to achieve the goal of the contribution of the manufacturing industry to the economic growth of the whole city. The proportion of the manufacturing industry in each district should be maintained at an appropriate scale, so as to make more incremental contributions to the development of the manufacturing industry in Shanghai. Third, accelerate the construction of characteristic park carrier. Take the characteristic industrial park as an important carrier to promote the high-quality development of manufacturing industry, and to create a demonstration benchmark for the formation of industrial agglomeration development. And fourth, continue to do a good job in stabilizing growth. It is necessary to fight the hard battle of stable growth, further strengthen investment promotion, speed up the introduction and construction of a number of major projects, and strengthen the guarantee of factor resources for the development of the manufacturing industry. Pudong, Minhang, Baoshan, Jiading, Jinshan, Songjiang, Qingpu, Fengxian, Chongming and other important bearing areas of the city's advanced manufacturing industry are making solid progress for the plan. At the meeting, heads of the district economic and technological commissions mainly introduced the planning ideas, industrial orientation and development measures of the advanced manufacturing industry in the districts during the 14th Five-year Plan.
