In the second half of the year, it is necessary to turn to the establishment of the coordination mechanism of "six stabilities and six guarantees" in the whole city, with the participation of all districts, relevant units and groups, and making every effort to stabilize the growth with the strength of the whole city. At present, the industrial economy of Shanghai is facing unprecedented challenges, but there are also chances in the crisis. It is important to strengthen our confidence in development and be good at turning crisis into opportunity. First, combine the current situation with long-term planning. The more difficult it is, the more R & D investment should be increased to improve the core competency and risk mitigation ability. Second, combine the stock with the expansion. It is necessary to increase support for technological transformation of enterprises and promote large projects to be completed and put into production as soon as possible. Third, the combination of new and old methods. All departments should take the initiative to step forward and serve enterprises, optimize policy supply, project approval and index support, and strengthen operation monitoring and analysis.
