On June 18th, Lu Xiaochun, Secretary of CPC Shanghai Municipal Working Committee of Economy and Informatization, visited Shanghai Micro Electronics Equipment Group (SMEE) for research. The team visited the comprehensive exhibition hall and discussed with the leadership of the company.
Mr. Lu pointed out that SEMM obeys the strategy of serving the country and takes the road of independent innovation and development, with hard-won achievements. It is hoped that the company would focus on independent core technology R&D, benchmark the world-class standards, identify the gaps, and constantly improve the technical level. What's more, it is quite necessary to strengthen the construction of talents and teams, expand management ideas, improve incentive mechanisms, mobilize the enthusiasm and innovation of talents, retain talents with mission, career and honor, and attract more high-level talents to innovate and start businesses together. Last but not least, it is a must to implement the major special tasks of the state and steadily expand market applications. It is hoped that the relevant departments of the Commission will spare no effort to do a good job in service.
