On April 3rd, Rong Zhiqin, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, visited Xuhui District for research on corporate servicesand work resumption. Yan Bo, Deputy Governor of Xuhui District, was present.
Mr. Rong listened to the introduction of Xuhui District on the construction of SME service system and the resumption of production. He fully affirmed that Xuhui District takes advantage of the local services of streets and towns and establishes the "one building with one policy" and "one park with one policy" service mode based on the buildings and parks. The method has successfully constructed the enterprise service system of government and market linkage, online and offline integration, as well as carrier co-existence and symbiosis.Mr. Rong pointed out that under the background of focusing on the prevention and control of COVID-19 and work resumption, it is important to take precise measures, pay attention to the problems reflected by each enterprise in the investigation process, help the enterprise to get through the current difficulties smoothly and support the enterprises to become stronger.
Xuhui District focuses on industrial chain, capital chain and service chain, strives for solving the problems of human, material and cash flows of SMEs and promotes the collaborative resumption of upstream and downstream of SMEs.At present, 98.57% of the enterprises have returned to production and 93.1% of staffs have arrived. Meanwhile, 302 industrial enterprises, 121 "specialized and new" enterprises, 86 headquarters and 60 key foreign trade enterprises have all returned to work.
