On February 19th, Lu Xiaochun, Secretary of CPC Shanghai Municipal Working Committee of Economy and Informatization, made research on the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures of equipment industry State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in Shanghai. The team visited Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight Technology, State Nuclear Power Automation System Engineering Company, AVIC and AECC Commercial Aircraft Engine to check the implementation of epidemic prevention measures in production workshops and talent apartments.
Mr. Lu pointed out that all enterprises should resolutely implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches and instructions, as well as the deployment and requirements of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, and effectively grasp the economic development. He also urged the enterprises to strictly put the main responsibility in place in the process of orderly resumption of work and production, to implement the responsibility of epidemic prevention to the department, to the post and to the person, make precise policy, take the initiative, and avoid any relaxation or fluke psychology. The epidemic prevention and control measures should be strictly in place, which is the premise for enterprises to return to work orderly. It is a must to give full play to the role of the party organization as a fighting fortress and a vanguard and exemplary role of Party members, increase synergy, maintain combat effectiveness, and win the battle of prevention and control of epidemics and the battle of resumption of production.
