On the afternoon of January 14th, in order to implement the "Opinions on Promoting the Deep Integration and Development of Advanced Manufacturing Industry and Modern Service Industry", Liu Ping, Chief Engineer of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, held working meetings of internal departments and relevant offices.
Last November, 15 ministries and commissions including the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, jointly issued the "Implementation Opinions on Promoting the Dep Integration and Development of Advanced Manufacturing Industry and Modern Service Industry", and put forward ten innovative models and ten implementation paths for the integration and development of the two industries. The opinions will also support cities and industrial parks that have the conditions to carry out regional integration development pilot projects and promote the integration and synergy of advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry.
According to the requirements of the Implementation Opinions, the Commission and the Municipal Development and Reform Commission will take the lead in promoting the integration of the two industries. At the meeting, the leaders of the Committee, and relevant departments discussed the preliminary division of work of the implementation opinions and communicated with each other on the current work in e related fields.
Liu Ping pointed out that the deep integration of advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry involves a wide range of contents. In the follow-up work, the first is to improve the station position, thoroughly implement the implementation opinions and the spirit of the service industry conference, and better promote the integration of the two industries; Second, all units should gather their wisdom and experience, put forward the integration development field of the two industries with Shanghai characteristics, and timely communicate and reflect the content that can be breakthrough in the future; Third, it is necessary to form a working mechanism. It is hoped that all commissions and bureaus will actively cooperate with each other. The Commission will take the lead with the Municipal Development and Reform Commission and other departments.
Relevant divisions and units were present at the meeting, including the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Education Commission, the Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the Municipal Finance Bureau, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and so on.
