      On the morning of November 2nd, Wu Jincheng, Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, presided over the workshop of cultivation and service for the listing of key high-tech startups. The meeting invited 10key high-tech start up sin the filing stage to discuss the establishment of the listing and cultivation service mechanism for key high-tech startups. Rong Zhiqin, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, was present.

 

      Mr. Wu pointed out that as a working department of overall planning of the city's industrial development, enterprise service and investment promotion, the Commission is committed to building a "paradise for entrepreneurs" in Shanghai, better serving the development of various enterprises, and making better the industrial, innovation and supply chains. It is necessary to establish an enterprise cultivation and service mechanism, strengthen the corresponding contact with key high-tech startups and act as the " servant" of serving enterprises well, so as to ensure that there are no obstacles in the daily communication between the government and enterprises. It is important to gather resources to support enterprises to speed up their development, encourage technology-based growth enterprises to focus on specific segments, build "invisible champions" in the industry, and cultivate leading enterprises of the local private economy. What's more, it is advisable to support entrepreneurs to strengthen integration and innovation, pursue development, and take advantage of the capital market to stand at a new starting point.

 

 The leaders of 10 key high-tech startups in Shanghai introduced their development and listing process and put forward their development demands and suggestions. Relevant departments of the Commission responded and established a "one-to-one" contact mechanism with these enterprises.

      Comrades from relevant divisions were present, including General Office, Division of Policy and Regulation, Division of Technological Improvement, Division of Technological Improvement, Division of New Materials, Division of Intelligent Manufacturing Promotion and SME Office.
