On August 13th, combining with the theme education of " remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind", Miao Wei, Secretary and Minister of the Party Group of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), visited Shanghai for research on the development of industrial interne. Relevant leaders were also present, including Zhang Feng, Party Member and Chief Engineer of MIIT, Wu Qing, Vice Mayor of Shanghai, Chen Mingbo, Deputy Secretary-General of Shanghai Municipal Government, Wu Jincheng, Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, and Zhang Ying, Vice Chairman.
The team led by Mr. Miao Wei visited Shanghai WPG Water Company and Shanghai Electric Group Company and understood the development of technology R&D and integration application of industrial Internet in enterprises.
Mr. Miao fully affirmed the research on the construction and application of industrial Internet in enterprises. He encouraged the companies to remain true to their original aspiration and keep their mission firmly in mind, gather industrial forces, accelerate the implementation of the industrial internet innovation and development strategy, promote the integration of "5G + industrial Internet" applications, and strongly support the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.
