According to the arrangement of education based on the theme of "Remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind" from the CPC Municipal Committee, on the afternoon of July 31th, the CPC Shanghai Municipal Working Committee of Economy and Informatization held a workshop on research results of thematic education. The event was presided over by Lu Xiaochun, Secretary of CPC Shanghai Municipal Working Committee of Economy and Informatization. Wu Jincheng, Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, and members of the Party group exchanged their views of research results. Tai Xun and Zhang Yanping, leaders of the 15th Themed Education Touring Group of the CPC Municipal Committee, attended the workshop.
Before the workshop, the leaders discussed the implementation of the spirit of important directives of General Secretary Xi Jinping and the urgent problems faced by the construction of CPC grass-roots in optimizing business environment, launching "Made in Shanghai" Brand, taking the lead in promoting high-quality development of industry and information technology and breaking through the bottleneck of integrated circuits and artificial intelligence, and the prominent problems raised by the units and staff. The leadership groups went deep into the front line, conduct researches, understood the actual situation, identified the key problems and put forward measures to solve the urgent and long-term problems.
On the workshop, members of the leadership groups focused on 11 topics gradually formed in investigations and researches. They identified these problems and put forward solutions. For some common problems, it is important to pay attention to the precise implementation of policies. For special problems, it is wise to solve them one by one and made well policy explanations. To solve some problems in near future, it is a must to handle them immediately and efficiently. For medium and long-term problems, the roadmap and agenda should be formed after special study.
Mr. Lu pointed out that it is necessary to solve the problems in a realistic way and make good use of the research results. First, adhere to the original learning, conscious initiative learning, timely follow-up learning and practical learning, be good at using theory to guide practice, and explore the key to solve problems. Second, look for the gaps and the shortcomings of the work, and analyze deeply with the spirit of self-revolution. It is a must to solve practical problems, ensure that problems are inspected, and rectifications are carried out with tangible results. Third, the spirit of the General Secretary's important instructions on Shanghai's work should be transformed into practice of grasping the development of industry and information technology in the whole city, speeding up the cultivation and development of new momentum, and transforming the actual effect of thematic education into a powerful driving force for the entrepreneurship.
