Ruan Li, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, reviewed the training bases for industrial informatization specialists

      On the afternoon of July 17th, Ruan Li, Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, visited Shanghai Training Base for Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Industry and Shanghai Training Base for Robotics Specialists. The team reviewed the development of training programs and the construction of talent pools.

 

       Mr. Ruan affirmed the achievements made by the bases in training industry and IT talents and serving the economic and social development of the city. He stressed that with the acceleration of industrial upgrading and economic restructuring in Shanghai, the demand for skilled personnel in industrial technology is becoming more and more urgent. It is important for the bases to explore and establish a high-skilled personnel training system that meets the requirements of "Made in Shanghai" brand. First, it is necessary to focus on industry, adjust and update talent training projects timely around industrial innovation and upgrading in Shanghai, develop new skills projects, and enhance the effectiveness of training; Second, it is wise to gather talents. The training project should further carry out the research of talent demand, make up for the shortcomings of demand, and enhance the audience of training. At the same time, it is a must for relevant divisions to do a good job in the service guidance of the bases and solve the difficulties in the industrial development and personnel training of the base.
