On July 4th, Lu Xiaochun, Secretary of CPC Shanghai Municipal Working Committee of Economy and Informatization, conveyed Secretary Li Qiang's work plan on the Central Conference on Ecological and Environmental Protection Supervision at the Executive Meeting of the CPC Municipal Committee. It is important for all units and offices of the system to conscientiously implement the Central Committee's requirements for the second round of ecological and environmental protection supervision and make every effort to cooperate with the central supervision.
On July 9th, Wu Jincheng, Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, conveyed the proposal of the Executive Meeting of the Municipal Government to cooperate with the deployment of the new round of the central supervision, and called for the establishment of working mechanism and the strengthening of organization and coordination. It is important to sort out the problems in an all-round way and implement the solutions one by one. What's more, it is necessary to continue to consolidate the results and accelerate the problem-solving. On the afternoon of July 9th, Ruan Li, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, reported the requirements for inspection.
On the morning of July 15th, Mr. Ruan held the internal meeting on the environmental protection supervision to convey the spirit of the mobilization and report meetings of the central supervision. He also put forward the working requirements. First, it is important to strictly abide by the workflow and timely submit the transfer receipt as required. Second, it is necessary to arrange personnel on duty to ensure that tasks are assigned according to the requirements of the inspection team. Third, it is a must to do a good job in statistics and publication of special information on environmental protection supervision. Fourth, it is wise to establish the mechanism of receiving, feedback and distributing letters, and communicate with the letters and visits group in time. Last but not least, it is important to take the responsibility and actively cooperate with the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau and the Public Security Bureau to do a good job in key special corrective actions.
